- Sharon Harris Review added: 2018.06.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆On entrance to property it seems very clean and welcoming once entered in to the main lounges the smell of urine hits you like a ton of bricks in the face due to residents not being bathed on a regular basis residents are not listened to and under stimulated and given choices and as for the management is very arrogant and self righteous and family member are patronized and be-littled which is a shame for staff members who are trying their best under her moral
